Arsenal’s pursuit of Alexander Isak has gained fresh momentum as Newcastle United could be forced to lower their asking price, making a summer move more realistic for the Gunners.

Isak’s Price Plummets

The Swedish striker has been in sensational form this season, netting 19 goals in 29 appearances.

Despite Newcastle initially valuing him at £150m, reports now suggest his price tag has dropped to around €100m (£83.3m)—a fee that Arsenal might be willing to meet.

Champions League Qualification Could Decide Isak’s Fate

Newcastle’s league position remains crucial to the outcome. If they miss out on the Champions League, Isak may push for an exit, increasing Arsenal’s chances of landing him.

However, if the Magpies secure European football, they could demand a higher fee or convince him to stay.
