Liverpool’s incredible 26-match unbeaten streak in the Premier League came crashing to an end as Fulham pulled off a stunning 3-2 win at Craven Cottage.
Despite taking an early lead through a long-range screamer from Alexis Mac Allister, Liverpool found themselves overwhelmed by a Fulham side that simply wanted it more in the first half.
First-Half Madness
After Mac Allister’s opener in the 14th minute, Fulham turned on the heat.
Ryan Sessegnon struck first for the home side with a composed finish after Liverpool failed to clear their lines.

Nine minutes later, Alex Iwobi capitalized on a poor cross-field pass from Andy Robertson, scoring with the help of a deflection.
Then came the third—Rodrigo Muniz showed his class with a slick touch and a calm finish under goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
Craven Cottage erupted as Fulham entered the break with a 3-1 lead.
Liverpool Push Back, But It’s Not Enough
Luis Díaz gave Liverpool a glimmer of hope in the 72nd minute, tucking home Conor Bradley’s pass.
Harvey Elliott nearly leveled it late on, hitting the crossbar, but Fulham held on.
even Federico Chiesa had a shot at redemption in stoppage time, but Fulham keeper Bernd Leno kept things locked down.
What This Means for Liverpool
The Reds are still comfortably at the top of the table, 11 points clear with seven matches to go.
Realistically, they need just 11 more points to seal a 20th league title. But this loss is a reminder that the job isn’t done yet.
The Premier League doesn’t hand out trophies—you’ve got to earn them.
Mistakes from experienced players like Robertson, Konaté, and van Dijk didn’t help. The energy picked up in the second half, but it was too little, too late.
Fulham’s European Dream Still Alive
For Fulham, this win was huge. It pushes them up to eighth and keeps their hopes of European football alive.
They’re only five points off fourth-place Chelsea, and with the way they played—pressing hard, playing smart, and staying resilient—anything’s possible.
Rodrigo Muniz was the standout star, working tirelessly up front and getting his reward with a well-taken goal. Manager Marco Silva will be hoping for more performances like this in the run-in.
Final Thoughts
Liverpool still look set for the title, but this loss shows they’re not invincible.
