Manchester City faces a crucial test against Tottenham Hotspur and all eyes are on Erling Haaland’s fitness.
The Norwegian striker has missed City’s last two games, sitting out against Real Madrid and Liverpool due to a knee issue sustained against Newcastle on February 15.
Haaland’s Injury Status
Pep Guardiola remains uncertain about Haaland’s availability, stating after the Liverpool match:
“I don’t know. I would like to know, but I don’t. The scans show he’s fine, but he doesn’t feel right. He trained yesterday and made good movements, but he wasn’t ready. Hopefully, he’ll return soon.”

Haaland’s absence has been felt, with City failing to find the net in their last two outings. If he remains sidelined, Guardiola may need to rethink his attacking options.
Possible Lineup Adjustments
Phil Foden operated as a false nine in the Liverpool game but struggled to make an impact. Guardiola could experiment with Omar Marmoush leading the line if Haaland isn’t fit.
Meanwhile, defensive concerns continue for City. John Stones is set for a long spell out with a thigh injury, and Akanji faces a two-mo the recovery after surgery.
.Ruben Dias, who returned from injury against Liverpool, is expected to start.
Kevin De Bruyne, who had a quiet game at Anfield, might be rotated, with Bernardo Silva or Ilkay Gündogan stepping in.
