Liverpool’s star forward, Mohamed Salah, has been chosen as the Premier League’s Player of the Season.

The winner is picked through a mix of public votes and opinions from football experts.
This season, Salah helped Liverpool win the Premier League title. He had scored 28 goals before the award was given and gave 18 assists — more than any other player.
He’s now only two assists away from breaking the record held by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.
He now has 29 goals after adding another goal to his tally in the final game with Crystal Palace.
Salah also became the top-scoring overseas player in Premier League history, beating Sergio Aguero’s record of 184 goals.
He recently signed a new contract to stay with Liverpool until 2027.
Ryan Gravenberch, a 23-year-old from the Netherlands, was named Young Player of the Season.
He led all midfielders in interceptions and helped Liverpool keep control of the ball.
Other players who were in the running for the top award included Declan Rice (Arsenal), Alexander Isak (Newcastle), and Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), among others.
