Liverpool’s star forward, Mohamed Salah, is reportedly on the brink of signing a two-year contract extension with the club.

This agreement will put an end to the speculation surrounding his future, including potential moves to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) or Saudi Arabian clubs.

The Egyptian forward, who joined Liverpool from Roma in 2017, was set to see his current contract expire in the summer, but it now seems certain he will extend his stay on Merseyside.

Salah has already enjoyed a successful tenure with Liverpool, winning the Premier League and Champions League titles.

His continued presence at the club ensures that Liverpool will retain one of their most influential players as they push for more trophies, including the current Premier League season where they are twelve points ahead of Arsenal.

Details of the new contract are still being finalized, but it’s expected that Salah will continue his illustrious career at Anfield for at least two more years.

Liverpool is also looking to secure contract extensions for other key players, including Virgil van Dijk, whose deal also expires soon.
