Chelsea star Cole Palmer and his girlfriend, social media influencer Connie Grace, appear to have gone their separate ways.

The couple, both 23, recently unfollowed each other on Instagram, hinting at a possible breakup after years of being together.

Palmer, who recently helped Chelsea lift the FIFA Club World Cup with a standout performance, scoring twice in the final against PSG, has found himself in the spotlight again—this time for personal reasons.

While his achievements on the pitch have earned him praise, it seems things off the pitch might be taking a different turn.

From Sweethearts to Silence

Cole and Connie reportedly met as teenagers in Manchester and had been together for several years before making their relationship public at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in November 2024.

Connie, a popular figure on Instagram with over 38,000 followers, had supported Palmer throughout his football journey, even traveling to the United States for Chelsea’s recent Club World Cup games.

Despite her trip to Miami to support Palmer, she wasn’t spotted celebrating with other players’ partners on the field following Chelsea’s big win.

She also hasn’t posted anything acknowledging his success, and fans were quick to notice Palmer no longer likes or comments on her posts.

Social Media Tells the Story

Their decision to unfollow each other on Instagram has fueled speculation about their relationship status.

While neither has confirmed a split publicly, many believe the signs are clear.

Unfollowing each other and removing visible likes or comments on posts is often seen as a modern-day way of signaling the end of a relationship.

Separate Lives Moving Forward?

Connie currently works at a beauty salon in Stockport, where she runs a business offering services like acrylic nails.

Meanwhile, Palmer recently visited his paternal grandfather’s homeland of St Kitts and Nevis for a short break before Chelsea’s preseason begins.

The Blues are preparing for their upcoming fixtures, including a pre-season match against Bayer Leverkusen on August 8 and AC Milan two days later.

Their Premier League campaign kicks off on August 17 at Stamford Bridge against Crystal Palace.

From Ibiza to Instagram Unfollow

The pair’s relationship first made headlines in mid-2024 when they were seen vacationing in Ibiza.

Since then, they had become a well-followed couple online—until now.

As with many public relationships, especially those involving athletes and influencers, privacy can be difficult to maintain.

While it’s unclear what led to their apparent split, report had it that Connie wants Palmer to settle down with her which he objected with the reason that he’s still young for such commitment.

Fans will undoubtedly be watching for any further signs or statements from either Palmer or Connie.
