Cole and Connie reportedly met as teenagers in Manchester and had been together for several years before making their relationship public at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in November 2024.
Connie, a popular figure on Instagram with over 38,000 followers, had supported Palmer throughout his football journey, even traveling to the United States for Chelsea’s recent Club World Cup games.
Despite her trip to Miami to support Palmer, she wasn’t spotted celebrating with other players’ partners on the field following Chelsea’s big win.
