Europa League Quarter-Final, First Leg | Lyon 2-2 Manchester United
Manchester United’s trip to Lyon ended in frustration after a dramatic last-minute equaliser left their Europa League tie hanging in the balance.
The match saw goalkeeper Andre Onana under the spotlight once again.
His two costly errors — including a spilled shot in stoppage time — allowed Lyon to snatch a 2-2 draw, despite United taking the lead.

Thiago Almada opened the scoring in the 25th minute for Lyon after Onana mishandled a wide free-kick.
Leny Yoro levelled just before half-time with a smart finish, marking his first goal for the Red Devils.
Joshua Zirkzee seemed to have sealed the win for United in the 88th minute, heading in a cross from Bruno Fernandes.
But Onana’s fumble at the death gifted Rayan Cherki an easy tap-in to even the score.
It’s yet another blow for the Cameroonian keeper, who has now made eight errors leading to goals since last season — more than any other Premier League goalkeeper.
Nemanja Matic, a former United player now at Lyon, didn’t hold back, calling Onana “one of the worst keepers in United history,” stirring even more post-match debate.
Despite the result, United played with spirit and had several chances.

Casemiro, Garnacho, and Hojlund all came close, but finishing woes continued to plague the team.
Hojlund, in particular, is on a worrying run, with just one goal in his last 25 appearances.
