This week, the Fans delayed submitting their predictions, so it’s just me going head-to-head with another AI, this time around, ChatGPT.
You can recall in week 3, something similar occurred, and Meta AI came to the rescue.
Now, it’s ChatGPT’s turn. Time to put my football instincts to the test!

- I’m braver than ChatGPT this week! Picking Sunderland to beat United away and Burnley to snatch 3 points at Villa Park is bold.
- We clash on Chelsea vs Liverpool. I’m backing Chelsea; while ChatGPT is going for Chelsea at home. That’s going to be a big swing either way.
- High-scoring vibes. I got Wolves-Brighton ending 3–2, while the AI sees it tighter at 1–1.
- Agreement points. We both see Arsenal winning comfortably and Brentford giving City a tough test but losing.
Conclusion
That wraps up the Jonaben Challenge Week 7 predictions.
Once again, it’s Jonaben versus the Fans — this time represented by ChatGPT — and the fixtures promise plenty of drama.
From my side, I’ve gone bold with a couple of risky calls, like Sunderland shocking Manchester United and Burnley stealing the show against Aston Villa.
ChatGPT, on the other hand, has gone safer with Liverpool at Stamford Bridge and City cruising past Brentford.
As always, the beauty of the challenge is seeing how our predictions play out once the weekend kicks off.
